Pastor Williams is also Founder/CEO of Hope Academy of Excellence Male Mentorship Program, which provides guidance and helps inner city youth maximize their full potential and achieve success in life. We believe that fostering these attributes will benefit the mentees in every aspect of their life.

Who will participate in the Mentorship program?
•    Males between the age of 12 and 14

SOF mentors will:
•    Be properly screened and trained
•    Spend time with youth
•    Encourage school success
•    Teach economic and marketing skills
•    Guide youth in life quality decisions
•    Contact twice a week

Activities include:
•    Field Trips
•    Tutoring Services (both group and private)
•    Sports and Athletic activities
